About the Author Dr. Rajneesh Karn is an academic leader, researcher, author, and engineering educator with over 26 years of experience in higher education, academic administration, research, and institutional quality assurance. An Electrical Engineering graduate with B.Tech., M.Tech., and Ph.D., all degrees From Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal ,he has dedicated his career to advancing excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and leadership. He is currently serving as Director, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan University, Bhopal, where he leads initiatives related to quality assurance, accreditation, academic excellence, institutional ranking, and sustainable development. Throughout his professional journey, he has held several key leadership positions, including Principal, Dean, and academic administrator, contributing significantly to the growth and transformation of higher education institutions. Dr. Karn has authored several books and published more than 35 research papers in reputed national and international journals and conferences. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence applications, Electrical Engineering, Outcome-Based Education, Quality Assurance, Sustainability, Educational Leadership, and Institutional Development. He has also guided research scholars and actively mentors students, faculty members, and academic leaders.
